Insanity Determination
Through the last two weeks I have stayed mentally motivated, physically exhausted and emotionally worn out!
I tried oh so hard to stick with the daily schedule of workouts. Everyday I woke up sore but charged to do another workout. But it always seemed that life and responsibilities jumped in the way. I have yet to complete a full six days in a row but I am proud of myself for managing to balance three days in a row with a day off or two and start back up again.
My life is hectic like everyone else's and I decided that I must be happy with knowing that I am still managing to do something, even if for only a couple days in a row. Better then sitting on my bottom everyday, right?
My end goal is very clear and I will get there. I will! Even if it takes 90 days instead of 60.
This is me 6 months postpartum and still trying to get the pesky baby weight off. It really is true what they say, "Once you turn 30 it takes lots longer to loose the weight." Curses :(
